What is channelling in netball - can someone explain this terminology for me please...
chanelling is the three vertical sections of the court. so three equal sections that run from one end of the court to the other. it is important that players understand this as it allows them to use the court without crowding each others space and understanding they should not need to cross all channels in one movement. there are drills that help the girls understand this. you can then progress to the zones which is 7 equal strips that run horizontally. hope this helps
