Hi allI was wondering what is the best way to rotate a team of 9. And so that they get to play every position throughout the season? Girls in year 3. And also so that they don't get easily confused.
personally i think the confusion part is going to happen no matter what roster you have. at that age the game is confusing...lol if i had a netta team, i would simply just do a congo line type of roster. write down the positions as they appear on the court from
GK GD WD off C WA GA GS off. then rotate the girls through the positions one quarter at a time.
hope that helps.

I choose one player a week to be captain and they play the whole game. Everyone else has one quarter off. C, WA, GA, GS one group and WD, GD, GK another group, that way they either play the whole game in attack or defence
