JOIN NOWHi, I'm having trouble finding effective and interesting drills that will suit my team which has some very talented and experienced players as well as some first-time players. I want t keep challenging the more experienced players while still developing the less experienced players.

Hi, is there a certain area you wish to work on? With the majority of drills you can go at the speed you wish, progressing the more able athletes, while supporting those first-time players.
An alternative idea would be to split the player based on ability, setting the more able athletes a more challenging drill and the first-timers more basic fundamental skills they can then build upon.
Hope this helps.
