Drills for varying skill levels U11

Hi, I'm having trouble finding effective and interesting drills that will suit my team which has some very talented and experienced players as well as some first-time players. I want t keep challenging the more experienced players while still developing the less experienced players.

Hi, is there a certain area you wish to work on? With the majority of drills you can go at the speed you wish, progressing the more able athletes, while supporting those first-time players.

An alternative idea would be to split the player based on ability, setting the more able athletes a more challenging drill and the first-timers more basic fundamental skills they can then build upon.

Hope this helps.
