what is nice and hard working excersises for girls u/13? I have fat players in my team and I want them fit as I am in C so what can I do?
Hi Lezaan,
Try having a look in the drills section on the site for fitness drill ideas -  with and without the ball. Just by playing the game your players will be working hard too.
Also, I would not to use the 'f' word (fat). As coach to these young players you have a responsibility for their physical and mental well-being, but I'm sure you are only using the word in this instance to emphasise your point and you wouldn't use it with the girls when on the court.
Try to inspire confidence and passion in your players on their road to becoming fit or you will have lost the battle before you've started.
