We are looking for practices for our 2 goalkeepers to do together

Ask a question and have it answered by Coaches from around the world and Sportplan's team of Experts.

start with one keeper in the goals, and one keeper on the edge of the D, kick to each other. it is really important that the direction of the kick is very acurate. This excercise should be done at speed. Once they have a flow going then the keeper in the goal must kick it wider and wider forcing the keeper at the top of the D to dive to save. Good luck and enjoy !
