Substitution On penalty conner

Substitution On penalty conner

When subbing on a penalty conner, you hold the player out until the ball is inserted, does the player coming in have to be behind mid field or can she be up on the edge of the substitution box?

The player being subbed OFF the pitch at a penalty corner can come off immediately.
The player being subbed ON to the pitch at a penalty corner must wait until the ball has come out of the D twice. At this point, they can enter the pitch either side of the 5 yard line.

Hope this helps,

Josh
