How do I improve ball skills in s small space indoors? Are there any drills or practice plans that you feel are helpful?

I'm not sure what size of space you're working with but here are a few drills that you could consider:

First Touch Passing and Receiving Drill

Speed Work Drill

Stick Work Drill

Once you click on a drill you should be able to see related sessions for that particular drill.
