How I plan the pre season for a feminin pivot of handball pre select to national team

First stamina has to be OK.

First running (jogging) for 30 min at a stretch is necessary.

Then sprinttraining (2 series of 5-6-7 or 8 times of maximum of 25 mtrs - preferably with ball and shooting at the goal. Rest in between every 25 mtrs is 45 sec.

Then shooting at the goal is important. Also series every time of about 8 - 10 shots. See for a lot of varied drills in our database. Preferably drills with a full action defender.

Furthermore 1:1 defending duels for defense training on the position of this player. Then teamplaying is needed to get used to the other players movements and timing.
