looking for some simple ideas on training plans for kids aged 5/6
Hi Kenny,
The football session plan library has a lot of sessions suitable for juniors new to the game. The main thing to focus at a junior level is keeping it basic. I would stick to very simple dribbling and passing drills initially and finishing each session off with a game. Whilst you want to develop ball skills you also want to develop enjoyment of the game.
