Hi, the easiest and quickest answer is to hold the ball in the tips of your first and second finger along the seam, with your thumb resting on the bottom of the ball.

Then bowl using the same action you would use to open a door knob ie clockwise. The seam should, ideally, be pointing to a leg slip position.
