The body position will be streamlined, lying flat and horizontal with your face in the water looking downwards and very slightly forwards with hips held high. The shoulders should remain relaxed allowing a small amount of rotational roll of the body to help cut through the water in a streamlined fashion. The hips should also roll in tune with the uper body to allow natural flow. The head is central and fixed with the eyebrows and forehead in the water. The breath is taken by turning your face sideways.
