Description

    An advanced lower leg, calf, exercise

Coaching Points

  • An advanced exercise that should only be progressed to, once you have mastered the double footed calf raise
  • Use a wall for support if neccesary
  • Hang half of one foot off the edge of the bench
  • using the muscle in the calf push yourself onto your toes
  • maintain control throughout
