Basketball
Description

Each player has a basketball. At the end of each baseline put a football goal. The coach has a volleyball. Each player must hold his or her basketball with both hands (fingertips). The game starts in the central circle. The coach bounces the volleyball and players must hit the volleyball with the basketball and try to score a goal.

Coaching Points

Rules:

  • If the player looses their basketball or kicks the volleyball, the opposite team gets possession of the volleyball.
  • To restart the game the player can bounce the volleyball and must hit it with their basketball.
  • Penalty: If the goalkeeper or player inside the goal area kicks volleyball or loses their basketball the opposite team has a penalty. Only the shooter and the goalkeeper can be in the area. Player needs to bounce the volleyball and hit it with the basketball.
