Description

  • Split the group into equal teams
  • Setup cones at 5m, 10m and 15m.
  • On the command players have to dribble their balls up to, and around, the first cone (5m) before running back to the line and then onto the 10m cone and repeat this until they have gone around all of the cones.

    Once the player finishes their run they have to run to the back and then roll their ball back through the legs to the first person in the line.
