DESCRIPTION

This drill can be used as a warm-up. Since it is continuous, it is also a fitness drill.

COACHING POINTS

for attacking team: quick passes hands up to catch aim at gaps return quickly to set up for next play For defending team: mark up man-on-man move up smartly in a line return quickly to set up for defence canot begin moving up until all defenders reach start line, so get back quickly
