Players are put into groups of 5, with one ball between the two groups. The two groups go on either side of the pitch, with the ball in the middle. Once the coach calls `go` the players need to run into the middle and try picking up the ball. Players pass the ball within their groups trying to keep possession and try running the ball into the yellow cones. If players drop the ball, the game starts again. Players can only take 5 steps with the ball in hand before passing. If the player with the ball is touched with two hands, possession is turned over.
