Player 1 to start with ball. All three players to begin running straight. Player 1 to step off left foot at a 45 degree angle, and at the same time player 3 to step off their right foot at a 45 degree angle, and player 2 to step off their left foot at a 45 degree angle. Player 3 to ensure they run in front of player 2. Player 1 to decide which of player 2 or 3 to pass the ball to, ensuring if passing to player 3 ball does not travel forward, and if passing to player 2 ball is received beyond player 3. Once completed, players to change positions so that each player has a turn at each position in the drill. Players stationed at opposite markers then mirror drill ensuring each player attempts passing left to right, and right to left. Challenge players by speeding up the drill. Insist on players not dropping the ball or passing it forward.
