
Player starts off running toward yellow spot. When they get to yellow spot they then step off the spot with their left foot, and run down the empty lane towards the hoop. They must place the ball in the hoop (with two hands). Hoop and spot can be switch to the other sides, so players can practice stepping off each foot.
