Two teams. Large amount of fitness required for this drill Simple attacking and defending your line drill. Rules: Once the coach says go, both teams have to come off their line towards the ball in the middle. The team the coach chooses to attack first must get to the ball and try to score, with the other team defending their line. If they get tackled, the ball is placed on the ground where the player gets tackled and EVERYONE on the team (for both sides) have to make it back to their line before they are allowed to advance again, but this time the defending side attack, and the attacking side defend. Idea of the drill is to encourage line speed, attacking into holes, and not being lazy in defence as this drill we are always moving.
