Split the team into groups of four and spread them out into 5x5m squares. In these groups they will self nominate a defender and the other three will be attackers, The three attackers will be passing the ball to each other and communicating whilst the defender is aiming to knock the ball mid pass or try to prevent the receiver from catching the ball if the ball is knocked mid pass then the attacker who threw the pass will become the defender while the defender becomes an attacker. If the ball is dropped by an attacker then that attacker will swap places with the defender.
