
Description of drill Start the game 5 on 5 with the attacking team attacking the line, after a player makes a touch they are to drop out of the game before the next play. this will give the attacking team an extra person advantage. this continues untill the attacking team scores then the drill resets. see how many tries are scored in 5 mins then swap roles.
Coaching points make sure the defence are communicating, encourage them to cover the bigger gap and react to the attacking teams moves.
