Blue and Red players pummel with each other, on the whistle or go call players move to their positions. (Red Left side attack, Blue Right side Defence). Attackers to set up in desired shape and play at defenders.
Use your left side attacking players only on the right in defence. once the attack plays a single play, all reload to original positions. Play 6-12 each side (Left v Right/Right v Left)
