Defender #1 starts the drill from the sideline around GLE. Starting Defender moves towards and passes to the Goalie. Goalie will then pass the ball to the Defender on the opposite side of the field. (Defender #2) 2nd Defender will then move and pass the ball up field to the 3rd Defender at the top of the box. The 3rd Defender will then make a cross-field pass to the Coach at the opposite top corner of the box. After making a pass the starting defender will then move to position #2 for the next run, position #2 will in turn move to position #3 and position #3 will go back to start at Position #1
Starting Op #2: Coach can call "Get In The Hole", all 3 defenders would drop back into the center while the Coach starts the drill with a shot, Goalie saves and calls "Clear" and begins a regular "Break Out Drill". During the drill coaches can call out option to Skip Pass, this could be skipping the goalie with a pass from position #1 to #2 or Goalie to #3. Coaches or Attack player can be added in as an obstacle to pass over or block off Goalie/Defender to force Skip Pass.
