
Players line corner, in groups of two-three send them to first pylon. At plyon players transition from forward to backwards heading to the next pylon. This conitnues from pylon to plyon till the last pylon where players will skate backwards to the corner. Once all players through, return the other direction.
1. Skating forwards, make sure full strides are done. 2. Transitions, make sure players use edging and body control to change dircetions. 3. Skating backwards, makes sure nice C cuts are used, keping body upright. 4. Mix, make players do it without sticks.
