Once pass complete, skate backwards to boards. D; Once player receives the pass, skate towards pylon, Stop and pas the to other player. Skate backwards to boards. Red; Obstacle Course A; Players starts and goes through the cones; either go through then or around. D; once through cones, player receives a pass from coach and shoots on the net. F; Player lines up beside coach and races back to the begininng. (This is when coach can work on technique of strides and edging)
