Players Start on the blue line - key point is getting to the front of the net for a shot. after the shot skate behind the net, weave around the cones, quick tight turns, collect a puck, stick handle through the rest of the cones before entering the back of the line.
Keep the kids moving quickly to limit the standing and waiting. make sure the kids shoot on the net. After the shot, have them move with speed, when doing the tight turns ensure they lead with the stick, head, inside foot and power out of the turn with speed. keep the head up with the puck as much as possible and make sure they stick handle when going through the cones.
