They dribble through the gates (beating the dummy defender) and turn towards the next cone. They complete a final turn and sprint through the gates wth the ball. Once through the gates they take 1 touch and shoot PROGRESSION Add a defender to arrive at same time as getting ready to shoot Turn using certain parts of foot only e.g. inside/outside/weaker foot
