
Every player lines up inside the 6 yard box. Make sure the defenders are between you and the goal. 1. Whitsy on the byline pulls off the the edge of the 6 yard box. 2. Truss, starts at the back post and makes a run to the edge of the box. 3. All other player just make sure the defenders can't close down truss easily. 4. LT. If Truss is not tracked by a defender or a forward dropping in, throw the ball to Truss on the edge for him to take a shot. If he is tracked, aim for Whitsy at the near post. 5. Once the throw is taken, whether it is to truss of whitsy, everyone else have some movement in and around the 6 yard box to pick up pieces.
