
Equipment Required: 4 Yellow Cones 4 Blue 4 Players (2 each end) 1 x Ball Create 7 lanes using cones as shown with diagram A. Select a different colour approx. 2mtrs from base line cone. 2 players at each, Player to start with ball and dribble, passing ball to opposite player before passing Blue cones. Continue run down and join behind other player. Develop by adding a cone in between blue cones (see diagram B) and receive pass with one foot and dribble behind cone and pass with alternative foot. Player to continue run and rejoin line.
