
Start with 2 balls in opposite corners, 4 teams of 3/4 on the outside cones, with 2 middle players. Players with the ball pass to one of the centre players who take a good first touch then play to the a corner player. Both players should follow their pass. Repeat and continue. progress to flighted passes to centre and back out to corner players. Box should be extended for this progression.
