2 Short, 1 Long - Players are split into 6 teams and will play over 2 pitches which are split into thirds (3 teams per pitch). On each pitch the end thirds are the passing zones and the middle thirds are the defending zones. Players in the passing zones must make 2 short passes between their team before making a long pass to the other passing team in the opposite passing zone. The players in the defending zone must first of all send 1 player into the passing zone that has the ball to win it back and then the rest of the defending team must stay in their zone but try to block passes that go through their zone. Swap teams around so they get to have a go at both passing & defending. Encourage players when they receive the ball to move in quickly to avoid losing it. 30 x 30 Pitches x2 split into thirds
