Transition exercise consisting of two teams of 6 players. 3 players of each team wait next to the goal with 1 player keeping a ball at their feet. Play starts at 3v3 with two GKs. Each time a ball crosses the goal line (either by scoring a goal or putting the ball out of play) the 3 players waiting next to the goal immediately begin play by the dribbling the ball. This means that the team that was on offense must immediately transition to defense. Players can score after completing 1 pass.
