DESCRIPTION

Works goalie quickness and stamina. Keeper starts at middle cone. Player feeds ball to cone in front of them, keeper makes diving save and rolls ball back to player. Keeper hops up quickly, turns to opposite direction and goes back to middle cone to repeat on the other side. Continue reps for desired length of time.
