Set up 5 to 7 cones in a straight line toward the goal. Players will run through the cones in a zigzag manner at first with no ball. When they get to the end, the coach passes them the ball and player shoots to goal. Do first three rounds zigzag without ball. Second round, zigzag with the ball and have someone be a goalie. Do exercise five times per player once with no ball and second round with ball.
