
Set-up 8 cones that are 3 feet apart in a stright line. Players line up at one end. Caoches will have players perform different type of dribbling through the slalom course: inside both feet, right foot only, left foot only, outside both feet.
Players should be keep close control of the ball touching it 3 or 4 times between each cone. Ball should stay close to the cones.
