DESCRIPTION

All three attacking players head down the same corridor. players on the sides split and turn to attack the pug nets in 1v1 situations while the middle player looks to draw out the keeper and score. Progression - Use the set up to simulate a 3v2, flank play attack.

COACHING POINTS

Transition from running in space to tight dribbling touches in attacking situations. (smaller touches) Change the angle of movement with touches on the outsides of the feet. 1v1 - skill moves and pace to engage the defender. vs GK - patience and placement 3v2 (progression) identifying when and where to dribble, push the ball into space or cut back.
