Players start by dribbling into the middle cone, start of with an easy skill (e.g stepover or drop of shoulder) exit to the right of the cone and then play the pass to the next person at the cone. Start with 1 or 2 footballs then can increase until there is 4. Keep changing the skill and making it harder for players and too keep them interested. My usual skills start with stepover, drop the shoulder, ball rolls, L-cut and then mcgeady spin. Can shout change and players must change direction, they would now exit the middle cone to the left side.
- On toes -Loads of touches on the way up to the inside cone -Good weight of pass to the next person -Dont rush the skill, would rather it is done correctly -If going well can ask a player if they have a skill they want to do (encourages player creativity)
