DESCRIPTION

2 Players 1 tackle bag Player B holds the bag Player A Starts face down A rises and tackles the bag then gets to his feet whilst lifting the bag and retreating to his start position. B once A has tackled the bag, gets face down & whats For a to have the bag ready for him to tackle. Players Repeat exercise for 1-2 minutes.

COACHING POINTS

Tacklers must tackle low Get to there feet quickly into the jackle position. Lift bag & quickly get back to the starting position.
