
One team has a ball each and one team defends as a unit, recovering the ball in order to play the coach who manages one side of the grid during the play. As players lose balls that can support players who still have possession in order to keep the balls in play as long as possible.
Pressure (4 downs: close down, slow down, sit down and calm down) Cover i most cases it is harder to win possession 1v1 than a 1v2 situation. Can we create numbers up situations by forcing players into other defenders. Balance can we have other defenders working at a distance to re-apply pressure once the ball has been moved from one player to another.
