
PRIGRESSION 1:- Instead of One defender, have each team with One Striker- They can score only when striker receives ball from a half turn to go score- When Striker gets ball the rest of team mates and opposite team can come into area PROGRESSION 2 - Keep a striker on each end zone- Only way to score is to pass the ball to striker and striker give a pass back to a MD to enter areaPROGRESSION 3- Almost same as last progression but striker must pass ball back to MD and then move to receive the ball back and try to scorePROGRESSION 4 3 v 3 in the Midfield, and players can only score from a long pass outside the end zonePROGRESSION 5 - Striker on each end zone, - Striker can only receibe long balls in the air , to control and try to score.
