
Using a squash / hand ball court, two players must take it in turns to volley the ball against the wall, into the path of the opposing player. Players get two bounces after the ball has hit the wall, as many touches to control the ball and get the volley away. One point each time the ball bounces more than twice. Winner is first person to 10 points.
Chest and head control before volleying the ball is a must. Gentle touches and a soft volley is key. Attempt to volley the ball in the direction away from the opposing player.
