DESCRIPTION

All players have a ball in a circle formation - coach/trainer in the middle. 10 different touch combinations,spending 2 min on each one: Tapping with inside of both feet 3-4 times,then stop with the sole,alternating feet. Pull back,laces touch forward,switch feet Pull back,outside touch 90 four times ,then switch feet and direction Juggling with your feet Roll across,touch back with the other foot - 10 times with right,10 times with left Roll across,inside ,inside tap,continue with the other foot Pull back,outside,inside touch-switch feet Pull back with one foot,outside touch with the other foot continuously drawing the letter "V" Cruyff turn,alternating feet Heading(U12 and up) step over,outside touch,pull back and repeat with the other foot scissors,outside touch, pull back and repeat with the other foot
