
Position 2 teams of 6 players in opposite corners of the same end line and number the players 1 to 6. Place 2 diagonal cones at the start of ecah team and 3 cones 3 yards apart at the opposite area to the goal. Position a keeper in the goal. The coach calls out a number between 1 and 6 and the respective players from each team run with the ball dribbling towards the gate. the first ball through the gate is the ball that is used with the other being discarded. The players then complete in a 1 v 1 to get a shot on goal.
