
DESCRIPTION - 5 cones - Mark out cross 15yds x 15yds - Split players into 4 groups, one behind each outside cone facing the central cone - 2-3 balls per group - 1st player from each line dribbles to the centre cone, performs a designated turn and dribbles back. Next player then goes - Cycle through each turn 5 times - Inside turn (strong foot then weak foot) - Outside turn (strong foot then weak foot) - Dragback turn (strong foot then weak foot) - Cruyff turn (strong foot only)
