
6 x 6 Yard Box. Walk 10, 15 or 20 yards away from the box and place a cone in line to the middle to the box. Two Players facing each other. Blue Player is the lead player and looks to shuffle in the box trying to get away from his follower in Red. When the situation arises, the Blue player sprints to the red cone. Red can leave the box when this happens and has to tag Blue before they get passed the cone.
